Information submitted in an RFQ

An RFQ may include your name, business email, company, country or assembly destination, optional phone number, selected product categories, footwear application, estimated volume, testing needs, project notes, and the product/page URL from which you made the request. We use this information to review and respond to sourcing, quotation, sample, and product-development enquiries.

Email and service providers

The RFQ form on the public IP preview is not connected to company email, CRM, or DingTalk and must not be used to submit information. The mail link opens the visitor's own email application; messages sent that way go to [email protected]. In this preview, the AI assistant uses its built-in guidance and does not provide verified product, compliance, or commercial commitments. Do not put passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information, or confidential design files in the chat. Ask for an NDA before sharing confidential drawings.

Before enabling production RFQ, AI or DingTalk integrations, the site operator should confirm service providers, processing locations, access controls and retention arrangements and update this notice.

Storage and retention

The chat interface may retain conversation text in your browser session storage for the current session. RFQ emails may remain in the company's mailbox and mail-provider systems. The company should set and document a retention period based on enquiry handling and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices and requests

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected] and include enough detail to locate the request. The company will handle requests under applicable law.
